Refund and Cancellation Policy

(Financial Policy and Withdrawals)

2.1 Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all courses, programs, workshops, and training services offered by the Institution and is governed by Saudi Consumer Protection Laws and applicable Ministry of Education regulations.

2.2 Cooling-Off Period

a. Cancellation Before Course Start: A full refund (100%) is available if a written cancellation request is received at least seven (7) working days before the scheduled course start date.

b. Late Cancellation: Requests received less than seven (7) working days before the start date may be subject to an administrative deduction of 15% of the total course fee.

2.3 No-Refund Policy After Commencement

Once a course has commenced - defined as access to the first module or attendance of the first live session. No refunds shall be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal or professional scheduling conflicts
  • Course difficulty or expectations
  • User-side technical issues

This clause does not apply where the Institution fails to deliver the advertised service.

2.4 Institutional Cancellation

If the Institution cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students shall receive either:

  • A full refund of all fees paid, or
  • Credit toward a future program, at the student’s choice.

2.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within twenty-one (21) business days using the original payment method. The Institution is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
