Terms and Conditions

(Academic and Usage Policies)

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling in, or using any services, platforms, or learning resources provided by Impact International Education (“the Institution”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance may be indicated electronically, including but not limited to clicking an “I Agree” checkbox, submitting an enrollment form, making a payment, or accessing course content. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1.2 Eligibility and Enrollment

a. Legal Capacity: You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Saudi law. If you are under the age of 18, enrollment must be completed with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

b. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your enrollment. The Institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

c. Admission Discretion: Admission is subject to seat availability, academic prerequisites, regulatory requirements, and internal eligibility criteria. The Institution reserves the right to reject or cancel an application where eligibility conditions are not met or regulatory compliance is required. Any applicable refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

1.3 Intellectual Property Rights

a. Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, lectures, documents, text, graphics, software, assessments, trademarks, logos, methodologies, and learning systems, are the exclusive intellectual property of Impact International Education and are protected under the regulations of the Saudi Intellectual Property Authority (SIPA).

b. License to Use: Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use course materials strictly for personal educational purposes during the enrollment period.

c. Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share login credentials, or create derivative works from any content without written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach and may result in termination, legal action, and civil or criminal liability under Saudi law.

1.4 Academic Integrity and Code of Conduct

The Institution maintains strict standards of academic integrity and professional conduct.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or falsification of records
  • Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
  • Sharing course access or credentials
  • Uploading malware, spam, or offensive content

Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent expulsion without refund. Disciplinary decisions shall follow an internal review process to ensure fairness and regulatory compliance. Where applicable, violations may also be reported to competent Saudi authorities under cybercrime or education regulations.

1.5 Modification of Services

The Institution reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, or platforms due to operational, academic, or regulatory requirements. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of contract provided the core educational objectives are maintained. Material changes that significantly affect learning outcomes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, the Institution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Technical disruptions or service interruptions
  • Force majeure events, including government actions, pandemics, or natural disasters
  • Reliance on course content for purposes other than education

The Institution’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Saudi law.

1.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
